“I love working with people. Everyone’s body tells a story of their past and present lifestyles. Trying to figure out someone’s pain, injury or weakness is like solving a jigsaw puzzle with a million different pieces that all act together.
Listening to a person’s history and observing movement is what I do best. Everyone has imbalances, trying to figure out those imbalances, bring back symmetry, and restore function to help each person achieve their goals to become their best physical possibility is the essence of my work.
“I believe that all things in life happen for a reason. I believe that your attitude can make or break a challenging situation.”

“I enjoy running ½ marathons and have completed 8 full marathons. I love to snow ski and snowshoe in the winter. I am a believer and active in yoga, Pilates, and continue to take Ballet classes. I love traveling, reading, and visiting my family as much as possible.
I am an advocate of all animals and I really love dogs! I had a wonderful, beautiful golden retriever/lab mix named Bailey, who was with me 14 years. I recently lost her in February of 2015 and it was the hardest experience I’ve ever survived.
Life without a dog is like a day without love or sunshine for me. After Bailey died I started volunteering and walking dogs at the Maxfund Animal Shelter in Denver. It was at that shelter that I met Lucius and Mabel, 2 dogs that both stole my heart. Lucius is a black lab/great Dane mix, he’s about 90 pounds and thinks he is a lap dog 🙂 Mabel is the cutest little chocolate lab ever! She loves playing fetch and has become the occasional greeter at our clinic.
I support the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), Denver Dumb Friends League, Best Friends Animal Society, Wild Animal Sanctuary, and several other smaller local animal charities or shelters. I am currently a volunteer at the MaxFund, a No-Kill animal shelter in Denver, and looking to be a foster mom in the future!”
