24 Hour Notice Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
24 Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointments are very important to the Physical Therapy & Lifetime Wellness team. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive treatment.
Any appointment missed, late canceled, or changed without 24-hour notice will result in a $50 charge.
As a courtesy, your appointments are confirmed electronically the day before your scheduled appointment by email and/or text messaging from our online appointment scheduling software because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. From this confirmation email, you have the option of the following without a charge:
- confirm your appointment from the link provided in the email;
- reschedule/change/modify your appointment from your online account;
- cancel your appointment from your online account;
- call our office number: 303-952-5053
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us the day before is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely. A link to automatically upload the appointment to your calendar is provided on every electronic confirmation.
All appointments must be held with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A credit card hold transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time. Your credit card information is stored will full encryption.
The 24-hour cancellation policy gives us time to inform our waitlist clients of any availability, as well as keeping our staff schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Physical Therapy & Lifetime Wellness policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy criteria!

Here’s a little more about me. I love living in Colorado, we have such wonderful weather and so much sun! I love running half marathons, marathons, and hiking in the summer. I love to snow ski and snowshoe in the winter, and I recently took up scuba diving for more active beach vacations. I am active in yoga, Pilates, and continue to take Ballet classes for fun. I love traveling, reading, baking, and visiting my family as much as possible.
I am an advocate for all animals, and I really love dogs! I have been blessed to have had 3 beautiful labs: Bailey (yellow), Mabel (chocolate) and Lu (black) all that brought so much joy and love into my life. They have since passed on and my current love is a little boxer/pitbull mix named Bruce. See photo of my goofball!
Life without a dog is like a day without love or sunshine for me. After Bailey passed, I started volunteering and walking dogs at the Maxfund Animal Shelter in Denver. It was at that shelter that I met Lu and Mabel, 2 dogs that both stole my heart. Lu was a black lab/great Dane mix, about 90 pounds and thought he was a lap dog 🙂. Mabel was 12 when I adopted her and still had the cutest little personality and love for tennis balls. After they both passed, I started fostering with PawsCO and was given Bruce. Bruce must be the goofiest dog and he is such a lover. I foster failed and he’s now part of the family, you’ll frequently see him sleeping in the back office of the clinic.
I support the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), PawsCO, Denver Dumb Friends League, Best Friends Animal Society, Wild Animal Sanctuary, and several other smaller local animal charities or shelters. Trying to help as many animals as I can to have kind and loving homes.
